Dr. Cheritha Dozier was born and raised in rural Vernon Oklahoma. She received a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in 2000. Dr. Dozier has been practicing veterinary medicine for 10 years and has been at Southside for 4 of those years. In January of 2011, Dr. Dozier became a full time associate veterinarian here at Southside.  Woo Hoo!  Dr. Dozier does most of the surgeries here at Southside while Dr. Mehaffey sees patients.  They work very well together and hope to have a long association.

Dr. Dozier has a 6yr old daughter, Kalani, whom she devotes all her free time to. She has several cats of her own at home. She is a very thorough and caring doctor and we love having her here at Southside .
